Opus Advantage is a safe and secure connection from your Equipment direct to our Engineers. If you have an issue with your Equipment, that requires an Opus Engineer’s assistance, rather than calling an Engineer to site they can work on the issue remotely.
Opus Advantage uses a Broadband connection from your machine directly to our Engineers in the UK.
The connection is only to your Equipment, it cannot access any other computer or server on your network. This means that Opus Advantage is 100% secure, offers rapid response times and minimises machine down times.
Opus Advantage therefore saves you time and money.
How does it work?
If you have an issue with your machine and you require an Opus Engineers assistance simply phone +44 (0) 1625 616 424 between 8.00am to 5.00pm UK time and ask for Technical Support. State that you are an Opus Advantage customer and an Opus Engineer will be able to provide direct and interactive support to your machine.
This can be for machine set up issues and fault finding. Having this available link also means that software modifications can also be carried out remotely. Software modifications are charged at an additional price.
