The connection is only to your Equipment, it cannot access any other computer or server on your network.

How does it work?
If you have an issue with your machine and you require an Opus Engineers assistance
simply phone +44 (0) 1625 616 424 between 8.00am to 5.00pm UK time and ask for
Technical Support. State that you are an Opus Advantage customer and an Opus
Engineer will be able to provide direct and interactive support to your machine. This can
be for machine set up issues and fault finding. Having this available link also means that software modifications can also be carried out remotely. However software modifications are charged at an additional price.
