Flat Top Systems

Opus provide a full range of Equipment that can be added to any foam machine to improve Block shape, including:

Maxfoam RS System

U3 side Film System

Planiblock Top Paper system

 

Block profile and yield can be significantly improved by adding one of the above systems to a slabstock line.

Flat top systems can be used for flexible Polyether and polyester foams as well as rigid foams.

Opus have recently retrofitted a Planiblock Flat Top System to an Ultima Machine in Mexico.

The Planiblock Process ensures excellent block shape, thin top skins and maximum foam yield.

Planiblock can be retrofitted to any existing foam machine.
