The VPF-V Process is a brand new approach to the production of high quality Foams for the Furniture and Bedding Industries. It combines the Industry-Leading Variable Pressure Foaming System, VPF, with the well proven and highly efficient Vertifoam Slabstock Process.

Vertifoam is a unique slabstock process which produces very high yield round and rectangular foam blocks by a continuous moulding process. Vertifoam machines have been in full commercial production in countries all over the world for the last 30 years.
